During this time, her fascination with copiers and desktop printers sparked her transition into the world of technical expertise. She embarked on a career as a Technician, investing in her professional development by attending Sharp school and HP training to attain the necessary certifications.

With a dedicated commitment to her role as a certified technician, Raquel continuously expanded her knowledge and honed her skills, working with various printer models and establishing strong rapport with TSG's valued customers. She consistently went above and beyond, ensuring that she not only met but exceeded customer expectations, often resolving issues on the very first visit.

 With 14 years of hands-on experience as a printer technician, Raquel has become adept at swiftly diagnosing and resolving problems. She not only provides crucial printer maintenance advice but also responds promptly to emergency service calls. Her expertise extends beyond hardware, encompassing software and networking, particularly in workstation printer interface configuration.

Her impressive journey led to a well-deserved promotion to the role of Service Manager, where she has continued to thrive. In this leadership position, she has further honed her interpersonal and customer service skills, exhibiting strong leadership qualities and fostering a spirit of teamwork. Her written and verbal communication skills, as well as her organizational abilities, have been instrumental in overseeing and guiding all activities of the service team.
